Available soon: This is Christmas is a new devotional booklet designed to help you pause throughout December and reflect on the biblical message of Christmas.
This daily devotional includes short Scripture readings, devotional thoughts, and reflections on familiar Christmas carols. It is divided into 5 sections:
– Christmas Is Worship
– Christmas Is Hope
– Christmas Is God with Us
– Christmas Is Salvation
– Christmas Isn’t Over
It is designed to begin November 29 and continue through December 31. The readings will take you beyond the manger to the cross, the empty tomb, and the promise that Christ is coming again.
The book will be available to order in just a couple of days!
These devotions expand on my Christmas sermon series for this December and the special services we will be holding.
I published another Christmas devotional two years ago, “Child of Hope”. It was my first attempt at writing something for publication, and I learned a lot in the process. I hope to revise it and re-release it sometime in the future.
I believe the lessons I learned in publishing that devotion and then Heart and Scroll will make this booklet even better and more helpful.
